Suspected Skin Conditions Can Eliminate a Wrestler from Competition
Wrestlers are subject to a skin check by referees prior to every competition. Any suspicious skin condition will eliminate the wrestler from days of competition. If you suspect a skin condition (ringworm, impetigo, staph infection, etc.), tell Coach immediately and seek medical attention for treatment and have the physician complete and sign the "Wrestler Skin Condition Examination Report Form (WR2)" (link below). Note on page 2 there are MINIMUM TREATMENT times listed before a wrestler can return to wrestling.
